Daily Resolutions

To make a happier & healthier body and mind:

Make a daily practice of self-care (be in tune with your emotional and physical signals).

Eat what you enjoy in appropriate amounts. Set the intention to focus on the foods you can enjoy in abundance.

Be gentle with yourself. Perceive mistakes as valuable personal growth stepping stones. 

Make sure you are getting enough greens & protein (animal or plant based) at each meal opportunity.

Take account of the amazing things your body does for you everyday rather than focusing merely on how it looks. Take advantage of the human capacity to heal and build

Use your body to be active in ways that make you happy.

Look for the good in other people, always.
